Scene from a train station in Brussels, Belgium. This was truly a ‘caught’ moment, un-staged. I call it ‘Reflection’ because not only do we see someone in pain, in a moment of reflection, the effect of being shot through a window, and the resulting reflection, gives an almost ghost-like quality to the man, with the tracks suggesting something about his journey. In that regard, it has a powerful, almost conceptual quality. - national geographic
